01Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings stated beside them unless the context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a company include its authorised representatives. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the platform IPK777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws of your state/territory, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• The use of online gambling services is lawful under the applicable laws of your location at the time you access the platform.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• You have never had an account terminated at IPK777 due to fraud or a previous breach of terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on IPK777. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using different information, different devices, or any other means – is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

03Player Account

Once your account has been successfully registered at IPK777, the following responsibilities rest entirely with you as the account holder:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Keeping personal information such as your phone number, email address, and banking details up to date at all times.
• Report to the support team IPK777 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including those made by third parties who gain access due to your negligence.

IPK777 reserves the right to require identity document verification (such as a copy of your Malaysian IC or passport) before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and meet anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

IPK777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available exclusively to users in Malaysia:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (all supported banks)
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Public Bank Online, AmOnline, Bank Islam Online, and all other FPX member banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. IPK777 does not impose a daily maximum deposit limit; however, limits set by your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply.

All deposits must be made from a legitimate source in your own name. IPK777 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards, bank accounts held under another person's name, or unidentifiable sources. Any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

05Fund Withdrawal

Player IPK777 reserves the right to withdraw the real balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has undergone basic identity verification.
• There are no active investigations related to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 requires full identity document verification (NRIC/passport and proof of address).
• You may make a maximum of three (3) withdrawal requests per day.

IPK777 processes withdrawals within 5 minutes to 2 hours during standard hours (8 AM–12 AM). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed the following morning. Withdrawals to a bank account that does not match the account name IPK777 will not be processed.

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by IPK777 – including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, cashback, slots rebates, and special promotions – are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Those specific terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

General terms applicable to all bonuses IPK777 unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player/household/IP address/device unless otherwise stated.
• The standard wagering requirement (WR) for deposit bonuses is 15x–30x the bonus value received.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made before those requirements are fulfilled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash.
• The bonus expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting) will be stated in the terms of each promotion.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system IPK777 – including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using specific betting strategies to meet the WR without genuine risk (known as "bonus abuse") – will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and possible account termination.

07Game Rules

All games available on IPK777 – covering slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker, sic bo, dragon tiger, lottery, and Live Casino – each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. By launching a game, you are deemed to have accepted those rules.

General principles applicable to all games on IPK777:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited, ensuring outcomes are random and unpredictable.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is calculated over the long term and does not guarantee individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, IPK777 reserves the right to void any affected rounds and refund the wager amount.
• Results displayed by the system IPK777 is final in all cases where no technical disruption has been proven.
• Any winnings resulting from a software bug or system error are invalid and will not be paid out.

08Prohibited Conduct

• Money Laundering: Using the platform IPK777 to conceal or convert funds obtained through illegal means.

• Unauthorized Software Use: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion: Colluding secretly with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or table games.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to breach, disrupt, or exploit the platform's technical systems IPK777.
• Underage Use: Registering an account on behalf of an underage individual or allowing an underage individual to use your account.

09Liability Limit

IPK777 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform.

Specifically, IPK777 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred during gameplay, including losses arising from technical disruptions caused by factors beyond IPK777's control.
• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to scheduled system maintenance or emergency situations.
• Any damage or loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Losses caused by the player's own internet connection or device issues.

Maximum liability IPK777 to any player under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection

In summary, IPK777 is committed to:

• Protecting your personal data with 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-leading security practices.
• Not selling, leasing, or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Using your data solely for platform operations, legal compliance, and improving the user experience.
• Granting you the right to access and correct your data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

11Account Termination

Account IPK777 may be terminated in the following situations:

By the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support IPK777. Any remaining real money balance will be returned once the verification process is completed within 3–5 business days.

By IPK777: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification failed or the information provided has been found to be false.
• Instructions from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player protection in cases of severe compulsive gambling.
• Account inactivity exceeding 36 months after the balance reaches zero.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, IPK777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings associated with the violation.

12Amendments to Terms

IPK777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time based on operational needs, legislative changes, or regulatory requirements.

When material changes are made, IPK777 will:

• Display a notice of changes on the platform's main page for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address (where available) or via an in-platform notification.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform IPK777 after the amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, please stop using the platform and close your account.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and any translation, the Malay version shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
